On receipt of your order, you will be given a reference and an email receipt *. If you have ordered a bulk delivery (over 120kgs) we will call to arrange a suitable delivery day for you. If any items are not in stock we will advise and sort out what options are available to you. Part shipping of orders is done at our own discretion.

* If you do not receive an email receipt, this may indicate a problem that your order and has not been placed correctly (normally an error on the email address). In this event, please contact our sales team to check for you.

Just call 01260 275 902 and then talk directly to one of our sales team. For small orders under 150.00 + vat you will need to place them over the phone. If you require any more information on ordering, please email our sales team at or call us. This service is available Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.


We will replace any of our items if it has a defect, a replacement will be shipped to you upon receipt of the faulty item. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. Any returned goods must be unused and in saleable condition in the original packaging.

All bulk orders must be visibly checked for any sign of damage before they are accepted. You must sign the drivers delivery note indicating what damages have occurred. Subsequent claims for damages may not be accepted if they have not been indicated on the drivers delivery note. Photographic evidence will be requested.


Only authorised returns will be accepted. If returning a product to us, please email with the details before taking any action. If you wish to return goods that you have decided are not suitable or you have ordered the wrong size, you will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will issue a full refund of the goods (excluding carriage costs) to your nominated payment card.


We offer free delivery (subject to a minimum order value of 150.00 + vat) to 80% of UK postcodes. Delivery charges are applicable on orders that are classed as "extended areas" by our hauliers and a full list of the extended area postcodes can be found on the Shipping page. Other services and charges can be found on the shipping page.


The weights used to calculate any applicable shipping charges may not correspond with the product description size/weight. This is due to the fact that many items such as bales of compost etc; vary in weight due to circumstances beyond our control also larger items are calculated using a dimensional formula. Therefore please note that sometimes weights used to calculate order requirements may differ from those in the product description field or actual product weight.


For bulk orders sent on pallets we will do our best to deliver as close to the property if access allows, however it must be understood and accepted, that deliveries are to kerbside only, and it is at the discretion of the hauliers driver to place the pallet where directed. We are not able to carry materials up paths or to rear gardens. Access to sites must be on hard roads over which a vehicle can pass without sustaining or causing damage of any kind. It is the customer's responsibility to let us know if there are access difficulties, low bridges, narrow single lanes, weight limit roads, steep driveways or hills.
We make every effort to deliver products ordered on the agreed date, but if for any reason the haulier is unable to deliver then no liability, whether in damages or otherwise, for delay of whole or any part of the goods ordered arising from any cause whatsoever. Deliveries shall be conditional upon access free from encumbrances and good roads being available to the companies vehicles to the place of delivery.

If the haulier cannot gain access to the delivery address then additional costs may be incurred. In the case of kerbside deliveries the customer, or somebody appointed by the customer, should be at the delivery point to accept the delivery.

For parcel deliveries sent via UPS a signature will be required upon delivery. UPS will make 3 attempts to make your delivery and tracking information will be sent via email to you (please always supply a valid email address). We will also always try to notify you via our SMS service when your order has been dispatched.
